ICICI Bank — regarding dispute for rs.40000 | |
Dear sir, Please note on 29th may 2017 i went to atm kurla and transferred rs.10000 to my other account, towards the same i got message that rs.10000 has been successfully transferred, then after suddenly after 5 min i got another message that rs.40000 has been withdrawn from my account. Suddenly i went to kurla police station for complain but they told to followup with bank for the same as this cases are handled by bank itself, and if you find any problem you can approach us. Same time i have called icici bank customer care and ask them to block my card accordingly they have provided us sr no - sr[protected] then after the executive ask me to provide some documents, which i had provided, but everytime there was new executive came and and asked me to email again, which is did. After 1 month i got email that my documents was not complete and again they have reissued sr n0- sr[protected], then again they have started asking me same documents which i have provided them, but was not getting any successful reply. After some days again they have told insucfficient documents and provided me srnp[protected], same story was going on insufficient documets, i have provided them again, surprisingly they have given a new sr no-sr[protected]. Finally on 12th august they close our file. In this regar i request you to please reopen my file and help me to recover the said amount. Trust you will look in to the same and do the needful.
