[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Regarding Not Sending Hard Copy of Statement and Unnecessary Charging Over Limit Fee

Dear Sir, This is Ritesh Shah, Loyal Customer having ICICI Bank Credit Card from past 10 Years Having Credit Card No. [protected] and I am very Punctual for Payment not even One time I have Missed out any Payment and Not even you have Charged me Late Payment Fees (You can check from your records). But this time I am very much disappointed from your end with the issue that Firstly you have not send the Monthly Statement 06-MAY-2015 to 05-JUN-2015 (Hard Copy) to my registered address So I was not able to make the Payment then also I made the Payment for 1, 697.47 (Which is More Than Minimum Amount Due) Secondly you are Charging INTEREST CHARGES & SERVICE TAX WHICH IS 515.93 & 72.23 respectively. This is wrong for which I have not received Monthly Statement. I Have complaint for Not received the Monthly statement for which they told me that you have received the statement and will send you the Proof of Delivery within two working days request no for the POD is SR[protected] Still I Have not received the POD. Today I Talk with Mr. Vivek Surve (Manager) he told me that you have been charged with OVERLIMIT CHARGES & SERVICE TAX WHICH IS 500.00 & 70.00 respectively. Which was Shocking to me because My Credit Limit is 25500/- and I have use over Limit which was not known to me Because Last Message received from ICICI when I Used for GROUPONS was Available Credit Limit: INR 7, 265.04 so I Made Purchase on that Card for ColorPlus of Amount Rs. 6930.00. I have not received any notification via SMS or E-mail. I Have Received Call from Your END Saying that your are Valuable Customer of ICICI Bank and you can Increase your Credit Limit by Sending One SMS. But I never send the Message I don’t want to increase credit limit. IT WAS UNDERSTOOD THAT IF YOU’RE CREDIT LIMIT IS OVER THAN THAT CARD SHOULD BE STOPPED WORKING (SO WHAT IS THE USE OF CREDIT LIMIT?) So I Request you to that I will pay INTEREST CHARGES & SERVICE TAX for which you have charged if you “SHOW” me the Proof of Delivery. But I will not pay OVERLIMIT CHARGES & SERVICE TAX which is Mistake from your End (What is the Use of Credit Limit?) PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS MATTER AND SOLVE THE ISSUE ON URGENT BASIS.
