ICICI Bank — regarding refund amount of cancelled apsrtc e-tickets

I have cancelled 3 e-tickets from apsrtc and i have recieved the mail from them stating that my refund has been processed and provided the following refund reference numbers:

74332747278727761930398
74332747278727762043530.

It has been more than 7 business days but no amount has been reflected in my account. Kindly process the refunds as soon as possible.
