[Resolved] ICICI Bank — regarding withdrawal from credit card. | |||
With ref to complaint no. Sr[protected], on 20th and 21st nov withdrawal was done for rs 5.00 and rs.1000 respectively from credit card endind xxx6008, whereas no such transaction happened under my knowledge. The issue was highlightedover mail on 21st nov itself, post which interim credit cashback done for rs. 5.00 and rs.1000. But on 2nd feb again auto debit was done rs.1005. Requset to share the complete information for the cash debit reason with : 1. Which ip address it happened 2. Under which app and party 3. Transaction deatils 4.
