[Resolved] ICICI Bank — repeated ecs return charges after complaining also

I had already lodged a complaint regarding the multiple ecs return charges previously on may 16, 2019, again the same thing has happened on july 1st, 2019, image is attached. Already raised a complaint regarding this issue ingram: grievance no. 1420224, i want it resolved as soon as possible, i have already email the issue to icici to take action, waiting for a reply which i will post here.

I recharged my jio number today (19th june 2019 time 10.58 AM) by upi in jio app though [protected]@icici. Amount of rupees 349 was deducted from my bank account, but the recharge has not been done yet neither the amount was refunded.

Kindly please return the amount as soon as possible.

Today 28 June, I recharge my jio No is 6206685793, 349 rupees by Paytm . But money is deduct and recharge is not successful. So I want refund my money. Please
