Sir, I would like to draw your kind attention that I had taken a Loan against property amounting Rs. 6, 26, 238/- on 25/02/2008. Now I have applied to Axis Bank to transfer the loan which has already been sanctioned (PDF file enclosed). In this connection, I had also applied for a List of documents in your possession which has been received by me (PDF file enclosed) on 14.3.2014. I am very much surprised to find that you did not care to collect the original Deed from the Registered office for the last seven years. Please note that Axis Bank has refused to disburse the above loan amount in absence of the certificate of LOD from you wherein the original Deed should be clearly stated in your possession. I would therefore request you to collect the original Deed from the office of The Addl. District Sub Registrar, Behala, Kolkata-700034 and issue a certificate of LOD at your earliest.
