ICICI Bank — request to resolve erroneous transaction

I had made an erroneous transaction from sbi internet banking to an icici bank account. Here are the details of wrong transaction:

I had consulted either of the banks to resolve this issue, icici bank employee asked me to send an email to [protected]@icicibank.com.
I kindly request you to look into my issue to get my problem solved.
