[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Rs 10000 deduct while atm showed unable to dispense cash | |||
Dear sir/mam I am banwari lal &my account no.is[protected]icici bank).I have tried to withdrawl 5000 rs from central bank of india atm, hari nagar, gurgaon branch on 10-08-14 at 6:40PM but it showed unable to despense cash but i received the message from bank of deduction of rs.10000.its my salary account & i told to my hr executive & he talked to icici bank executive & executive did some effort n on 19-8-14 sms received by icici bank & in message they showed that representment bank said that transaction was successful & then bank executive said we will check cctv footage & it will take 15 days but I didn't get my money back.i really need this money back in 2-3 days if you have to check video footage of cctv camera plz check but I want my money back as soon as possible Regards Banwari lal [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
