Hi Team, I would like to know my Credit card status its been 2 weeks since i have submitted my documents and sent the ccapp no but i haven't got any revert from your bank yet. I really don't think this is the right way to deal with your customers. If someone wants to join your banking service and this would be the scenario and service. he/she will never go with such a brand You guys have such a good reputation in the market and such ignorance towards your customers. I didn't even a receive a satisfactory reply from icici bank yet.Even your customer service people are not ready to help. I just want to ask a question how would someone feel safe in terms of your service that ur bank executive has picked the documents from my place 2 weeks ago and till date i haven't got any confirmation mailer or sms about the same.Anyone can misuse my documents.Do u really think this is the right code to work.
