[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — rude customer service

My dad went to deposit some money in siliguri branch for delhi account. There is a machine placed to deposit the money by the M achince showed that pancard is not updated okay fine then dad went to the teller to deposit money and they said that they only deposit the money for the siliguri account. I mean really they are only paid to take the payment for the siliguri accounts. And when I called the bank then the branch manager told that they were taking school fees and in between they cannot take saving account money. Don't know what he means. Really rude bank manager. Doesn't know how to talk to customers. Branch manager name some finest verma
