[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — salary account concern

Hello team,
I was working in infosys and and having icici salary account from infosys mysore branch. I left the company 3 years before and my salary account got converted into savings account. I have joined another company abd they have given me icici salary account application to open. Here, what is the way to get new salary account? And please do needful as early as possible.

I have applied for personal loan online, on next day a person from icici collected the documents and signatures after that no information received from bank as well as executive Mr.Pavan . i called him many times but he is not anwering my call.please update the status of my application
