ICICI Bank — Senior saving scheme | |||
My parents applied for a senior saving scheme in the icici bank on march 23 and the cheques submitted were duly cleared on april 5 and april 13 respectively. Till date there is absolutely no communication form the bank on the status of the application. Few open questions which i have.. 1. Why was no receipt given to us? 2. Why there is zero communication from the bank? 3. What is the status of our applications? 4. Even after more than 45 days the bonds have not been received by us? Account no:[protected] Cheque no: 684354 and 025281 There is absolutely no seriousness shown by the bank and only apathy the way this situation is being dealt with. The call centers and the complaint cell over and above following standard procedures does nothing and is only worried about closing the complaints and taking care of their metrics. Thanks Amit Arin.
