Sir, We have sent smart money order through our icici net banking on 01/08/15 vide transaction number[protected] as receiverfo Mr. Ramnarayan Jha Vill+post khajuraha thana sonbarsa district saharsa 852217, but since long time money not received, than i will continuously contact with icici customer care, nearest branch and also post office but not gating any response, after that raised the online complaint through Indian post office complaint no [protected] also no response hence please look into the matter and solve the problem as urgently.
