[Resolved] ICICI Bank — taken double payment instead of one. | |||||
On 23rd august '17, you debited rs.1525-35 for passport fee payment, but i got message from the passport office site (Sbi) payment failed, but i got the message from you that the amount is debited. Again i made the payment thru your card, and this time it was successful, and you again debited 1525-35. Please refund one amount and credit it in to my credit card account. Immediately i tried to contact you thru different numbers, but nobody is coming on line to hear the complaint. Please do the needful immediately... Was this information helpful? | |||||
