Dear sir/madam, This is with reference to neft transaction made on 04th (monday) july 2016 for the amount of 1500 which is yet to be credited to the beneficiary. But the amount was not credited to beneficiary account. This is my first transaction. Kindly please check the amount and refund to my account. Kindly let me know the utr (unique transaction reference) no. to probe from beneficiary end. Also, kindly let me know the transaction status from icici end.
