[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Transaction failed - Money not refunded | |||||
I had made an online transaction NEFT / IMPS of INR 4000 to a Central Bank of India account on 31 Aug 2016 with transaction summary as follows " MMT/Ref[protected]/[protected]". The amount was neither credited to the beneficiary account, nor was I notified about the failed transaction. The amount is still not credited back to my account, This was brought to notice by the beneficiary (Payee) as it was an EMI payment and was delayed due to the carelessness of ICICI Bank. I am also fined INR 500 from the beneficiary for failing to pay the EMI. Was this information helpful? | |||||
