[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Transaction made to reverse | |||
Dear sir I have made a transaction of RS.2850 vide my credit card no. [protected] on 10th nov 14 . This transaction was made on website www.ccavenue.co ordering some items. I have not received the items till date. I am not getting any response from them to my mails and not able to contact them on phone. I hence want this transaction cancelled. I request u to pl do needful. Further I tried to contact your customer care no to lodge this complaint but I am asked to enter my 4digit ATM pin of my credit card which I don't have. To generate the pin I am asked to dial from my registered mobile no though I have dialled from the registered no only. The call is cut off and I am not able to talk to any of your customer care executives. I get all messages of transactions made to the same mobile no. So is this not the registered no. Why am I not able to get thro. Pl advise. Looking forward to hear on both these issues.
