ICICI Bank — Transfer to wrong account number | |||
Dear Concerned I am Vasant Kumar Sinha (acc no[protected] . On 18 Nov 2015 I tried to transfer the amount 3840 from my PayTM wallet. My account number[protected] But by mistake I transferred the amount to[protected]. I visited Icici branch greater noida on 19th Nov 2015 and filled the complaint form in which I mentioned about the wrong transfer. After 8 days, there is still no reply. I visited branch again, but the official said that the said account holders phone number is not working. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE. Also there is mail id. Through letters it is not possible that the issue can be resolved. Why will the other customer take efforts to write a letter ?
