ICICI Bank — Unauthorised transaction by credit card and refund process thereof | |||
I am ajay kumar jha. My account number is[protected]. My mobile number is [protected]. My email address is [protected]@gmail.com Sir; yesterday i got a call from one number wrt my failed transaction during recharge process. He told me to claim my money back by entering full details on #www.rbipaymentauthorasation.com# I went on that site and entered my credit card and debit card details. Otp for rs. 3 came on my phone. After that that call got disconnected. Soon; i got the massage that rs. 10000/- has been deducted from my credit card. Attached find the image for proof. After that i called customer care and blocked my both card. It was around 11pm ; that's why customer care can't took my complaint regarding this unauthorized transaction. That 10000/- got deducted from my credit card without my initiation of transaction and i also did not got the otp on my mobile number for that transaction. How can a transaction be fulfilled without otp. Kindly lodge my complaint in this regard and initiate refund process. If required; kindly took the matter at appropriate level.
