[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — unauthorized transaction in savings account

Its not been month since i opened my account in icici my account (A/c[protected] has been debited twice for rs.2000/- (Dr tran for funding a/c [protected]/ [protected])

I opened my account on 7th september 2018 and have not used the account once. Branch details are as follows -

I had two RD from my account which i have not authorised. When i went to the branch about it they credited back the amount to my account. I'm guessing they do this to complete their monthly target or something
