[Resolved] ICICI Bank — unauthorized transaction on icici account | |||
My icici card (Salary account) was used for unauthorized transaction and an amount of rs 902 was deducted from my account on 28th jan 2018. When i checked the bank account statement, i found that the unauthorized transaction happened using payzapp (Hdfc application). I have reached out to the bank multiple times and also to the customer care raising the unauthorized debit on my account. Also i have submitted the dispute form as per the ask from the icici bank. However after multiple customer calls and bank visits, my dispute was rejected stating that the transaction has occured through second level authentication (Which i am not aware of). The bank is not taking any responsibility and declining all my further requests. I have lost the hope in the icici bank as there is no security for the money in the account.
