[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Unknown Transaction Charges | |||
My name is Murali and maintaining my bank account with ICICI Bank for past 7 years and I have seen the below transactions today. They deducted 8000 Rs from my account for in March and April. I have no idea why this has been deducted with out informing/notifying me. Looks like ICICI is not a safe bank for us, even though I maintained a good balance Please find the transaction details below My ICICI bank account number is[protected] Date: 25/04/2014 Remarks:BIL/[protected]/NchgRs2.50STRs0.31 Amount: 3, 002.81 Date: 31/03/2014 Remarks: BIL/[protected]/NchgRs2.50STRs0.31 Amount: 5, 002.81 How come a bank can take a money with out informing a customer? Hi I am Kishore Reddy . I am also having the same problem. These people deducted Rs. 10, 002.85/- from my account.
My account number is :[protected] dated: 16/10/2015 Remarks: BIL/[protected]/NchgRs2.50STRs0.35 Amount Rs. 10, 002.85/-
My contact number is : [protected]. How can i get this money. If any thing they deduct they should inform to us. Without any information they deducted the money. I have sufficient balance in my account.
Please help me in this regards.
