[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Unwanted deductions from credit card | |
Hi, This is meera from vellore. Am using my icici credit card more than a year and am paying my bills properly and maintaining my credit score well. 3 months before am applying for amazon pay creditcard and i thought that it's upgrading that means old card is no longer in use. I am paying bills every months correctly. I crosschecked recently in my card the late payment amount i. E., ₹500 deducted in my card for the min due ₹120 rs. It's too worst that for amount ₹120, ₹500 is deducted... And another problem is am maintaining the card properly to get good credit score but this made the score affected. I don't know that i have two credit cards with separate same amounts. I just notified as new upgrading card. Please resolve it asap both the deducted amount and my credit score as well. My old card which is in active state ends with 0003 and my new icici card ends with7003. Was this information helpful? | |
