[Resolved] ICICI Bank — upi payment | |
I made a jio recharge of rs 399 though online payment. I was asked to choose mode of payment. I was choose upi instead of debit card. When i clicked on upi it asked me my vpa which is virtual payment address. After i typed my vpa it asked me to login my upi app {phonepe}. When i logged into upi app i found one notification requesting 399 rs which was the recharge amount. It was [protected]@icici. When i transferred 399rs, amount was deducted from my account, but i didn't get any messages from jio. Then i asked to jio care regarding this issue they said they didn’t get the recharge amount. Then i took phonepe help regarding this issue they said they get the confirmation message of money sent. So what can i do? Money sent to : [protected]@icici though phonepe Tran.
