[Resolved] ICICI Bank — very poor service in delivering checkbook | |||
Icici did recruit very poor service provider xpressbees to delivery icici checkbook. Xpressbees never attempted even to deliver the product. They did not call me. I called customer rep on first day and informed that xpressbees did not reached me. But same behaviour happened on second day saying, xpressbees tried to delivery and we are not there at home. It's so funny, we all are home and no one had come to delivery the product. It's complete shameless delivery from xpresbees. Icici bank do you fix it or we need to get out of icici bank?.
