[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Waiver of late payment & fine charges | |
I am valued customer of ICICI bank, having debit card -[protected] & two Credit Card -[protected] & another last four digit is 8005 I was regular user and made regular payment of ICICI credit card.(for that you check my previous year details) but recently in Jan/feb moth I asked to close my credit card 1003 & another 8005 had told to block . 2/3 months back (July – Aug) i noticed that I am getting bills regularly with late fees for which I was unaware that few amount is pending as redeem charges less than 200 RS . Last 2~3 month I am talking customer care frequently & telling all scenario I humbly request first check my previous years bills, call records with customer care with in last 3 month. every time I got assurance that they will call me back & reverse late fess Thanks!
