[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Withdrawal from Non-ICICI ATM but amount not processed still debited from savings account | |
I am a customer of ICICI Bank and I tried to withdraw the amount 900/- from Kotak Mahindra Bank ATM. I got the message as the transaction was declined but the amount got debited from my bank account. I reached customer support and they are lagging intentionally and the call got disconnected intermediately due to insufficient balance. I didn't receive any call back from them. But I got mail that complaints have registered against SR[protected] number. Was this information helpful? | |
