[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Withdrawal information hiding by bank & ignoring complaint intentionally by bank | |||
I have a salary account in icici bank. They charged me for some atm dec chg of 28.75 rs which i was unawared of till i searched on google. They tried to hide the information from me/customer of the withrawal as they never notified me with the text message even if they charge money for that facility annually. When i sent them a e-mail about the problem on their email address [protected]@icicibank.com they never replied. Was this information helpful? | |||
