ICICI Bank — Worst customer service - loans | |||
I work for an mnc and i have my salary account with icici for 8 years now. I had an emergency i thought i will apply for an personal loan for 1 lakh. I have called up the call centre and they sent an agent for document collection. I have handed over my documents and signed the application form on 8th may. They said that my loan will be approved in 2 to 3 days. It is been 10 days now and i haven't got any acknowledgement on my application or the money credited. I tried calling up the phone banking and they gave me an number in which no-one is answering. I called up the folks who collected my details on the phone and the guy (Girish) who called himself as the manager of dsa was very rude. He asked me to wait till icici calls me back. He was talking like as if he was doing me an favour. I am frustrated with the level of courtesy these people show towards their customers. I wanted to cancel the loan application now and i am stuck as no one knows loan application number. I am planning to move my salary account to axis bank now.
