[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Worst customer support ever | |||
Icici is the worst bank i have ever seen in my life, i opened a account on 12 may 2016 and i got my debit card on 22nd may along with the cheque book, and i tried to register my self for net banking and then i wanted some help and i called customer support on [protected] and [protected] and what i heard was unbelievable "this service is only available from 7am to 9pm" i was like. Wtf!! If something wrong happens with my account then whom the hell i'll be calling to? As banks are closed on saturday and i made a call on satrday at 12:30 am.! And i got a email from icici that i am a new customer so i can get provogue watch and other things for 299 so i did some search for it and found it to be fraud with customers here is the link for it https://www.youtube.com/watch? V=rua6sv2xome And the worst service doesnt stop here i tried to access money through my debit card and what i got was worst - this card is blocked and i was like wtf.!! I am using it for the first time how it could be blocked? I called the customer care and got the same thing - this service is only available from 7am to 9pm.! Wtf is this? I opened the acc. As per ur policies but got this service.! I'll block my account.! Tell me the procedure for it? I will say my friends to never open acc. Here and also give negative ratings from various account as this is worst customer support.! And even with out the debit card i can nnot transfer money with neft.! Wtf?
