[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Wrong credit card sent by icici | |||||
Hello, I have received a wrong credit card. I received a call from person called rachana ph. [protected], [protected], [protected] saying she is from icici and we have a offer for you on icici platinum chip credit card, with no annual fee from 2nd year onwards, no processing fee, to activate need to spend 5000/- in 3 months from issue date. I agreed for the credit card. She took all my details (Payslips, pan card, adhaar card, photo id). Somebody called from icici for verification. After some 15 days i received icici coral credit card with 500/- annual fee. 125000/- min spending. This not the card i opted for. I want to cancel the card. And please stop people like rachana giving false benefits. This will give a bad image to icici. And also waste bank and our time also. Please take action on the person and cancel my card.
