[Resolved] ICICI Bank — wrongly deducted amount also return my scheduled payment.
I have an account in civil line nagpur branch, against my car load "tata capital' place emi checque of 7265/-"seven thousand two hundred five" for clearing on 8th march. I have scheduled an credit card bill payment of rs 13000/- on 9th march.
But on 9th morning i have received message that credit card could not be possible due to insufficient fund. Than i called customer care than i came to know via tata capital place cheque & 72651/- deducted from my account. After continue & many calls i came to know that tata capital placed correct cheque in which amount was clearly mentioned 7265/-.
But due to carelessness icici has deducted my account by 72651/- & mr. Tarun (Senior customer care, mumbai) called me & talking arrogantly that mistake was done from tata only. Between this i reached at my branch & i put all documents but during customer care calls apx 2 hour they delete all records of transaction & my deducted amount was returned in my account.
But in this my credit card payment returned & i have to pay interest & my home loan emi also bounce back due to insufficient fund.
Apart from that i was going to out of city in morning for some urgent meeting but for this i have to cancel all those meeting & have to go bank and all this.
Whole day i was puzzled & mentally harassed, where i was not in any fault.
