[Resolved] ICICI — credit card payment disputes very often | |||
On 2nd June 2019, i made a payment for Tanishq Gold Harvest which is monthly payment of Rs. 3000/-, after the amount was deducted i got a message of payment failed from Tanishq and on 3rd June i had to make the payment again as it dint reflect on tanishq monthly statement. On 4th June Credit Card statement shows two deductions of Rs. 3000/- each on 2nd & 3rd June inspite of the payment being failed. This payment related issues have become very often with ICICI Credit Card, every 2 months there is a new issue that arises. Was this information helpful? | |||

Being a loyal customer from 2014, there is a serious deductions in the name of MAB charges. This is totally ridiculous. Kindly refund my amount deducted so that my relationship with ICICI BANK will be forwarded towards family members.
