[Resolved] Icici Direct — unauthorised transaction by accessing my demat account. | |
Hi, I opened a ICICI Demat Account recently and couldn't invest anything due to my availability but there was a Unathorized transaction in my account using my Account credentials last month saying i invested sum of 5000 Rupees in Kotak Multi cap Mutual Fund. I called immediately to ICICI Customer care and the call transferred to multiple teams and my complaint was not registered and i called the Demat Agent who opened my account he said he's not aware about this how did this happened. He asked to wait till Oct 6th to redeem and i waited i tried to Redeem but it is not allowing me to do. Was this information helpful? | |
