I am an icici customer….and today my 590₹ has been deducted from my account….kindly refund my amount….

Am an icici bank customer. Today 13-02-18 ecsrtnchg charged 577.95 rupees. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is. Im wonder what charges are being appiled in the name of "ecsrtnchg"

These deductuons continuously hitting account back to back.
This is not loyal way of functioning ICICI services towards the customers.

590.00 ---- 3 times
129.52 ----- 1 time.

On a seroius note- these deductions are effecting the AUTO DEBIT EMI service. when EMI hits the account, we fall under NO FUND maintain category, which results the CIBIL.
