[Resolved] ICICI — Unknown status of Credit card application | |||
I applied for ICICI Credit card initially with my account opening. After 1 month, when I called them they told me that the application was not properly logged due to some technical issues. I filled in the application second time for which Verification door was closed - plz see how it happened. Two people for verification went to my hostel & office and on that day, I was in my hometown & I told them the same. Thereafter door was closed at that point of time. I don't understand why they can't carry out in my absence. Moreover, I applied for the credit card 3rd time & here goes a different strange issue. verification was done & back end people closed my application denying the issue of credit card with a very strange reason stating that "personal loan declined". When I asked the credit card representative regarding this, he told me that they gave only this status & they can't proceed further. In addition he suggested me to call customer care so that they can give me more information. I called customer care credit card division bangalore @ [protected] five times & entered my mobile number for contacting me. None of the people called me regarding this. I went to three ICICI branches & everyone asked me to call customer care & they are quite responsive that none of the banks in India can react in this kind Was this information helpful? | |||
