Kindly disconnect all three numbers. Worst service by idea. Airtel and docomo are far better. Simple problem resolution takes so much time. I will not pay bill also i will file a case im consumer court.

In my previous mail i have asked you to tell me about my bill plan.
Without my knowledge my plan has been changed to 1699 in all 3 number. R u guys?

Initially my plan was easy share rs.999

In this i wa getting cug for my all 3 number i. E [protected], [protected], [protected]

Due to excessive data i was getting bill around 2000 or 2200... Even this figure was high to use at home.

Now you guys hve activated 1699 on all 3 number... Neither cug is active nor each individual can use 8gb 3g data. I will get monthly bill of approx 5000. Do i am mad??

My all3 number is for my personal use. You crazy guys have given me more than 10k free minutes on every sim. Do i run call center???

My concern is to get cug plus data. Recently i have talked to customer care number 198. Girl name was miss. Abida... She understood my problem on genuine basis.

Final concern is to get easy share 1400 monthly plan on my 3 number.

Else discontinue my service.
Arrange a call back for the same.
