[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Charged twice for the same data plan | |
I recharged my idea number [protected] for unlimited data plan of 249 with sbi net banking, it got cancelled or i didn't get confirmation, so i tried with paytm and got my recharge. later i have seen i lost money from both the accounts for the same data plan. i did this on 20/2/17 evening. i don't know how to get the refund, i tried to mail idea customer care but i am not getting a satisfied replay Was this information helpful? | |
