[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Excess payment. | |||
I am using Idea mobile no [protected] for about last six months, since it was ported from Vodafone to Idea. I have been paying bills for the service regularly via Internet banking through my ICICI bank account no[protected]. For unknown reasons my number has been put in a user group and I have received bill for the entire group i.e. Rs 20116.99, which I paid inadvertently through net banking transaction I.D. 'BIL/[protected]/200/[protected]' . As the amount involved is substantial you are requested to advice how shall I get the refund and also put my phone no out of the USER GROUP. I had already requested for putting me out of the group and for individual bill and statement vice request CI-[protected] dated 24th November, 2014. Neena Bali.
