[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — not getting promised data pack and other benefits from idea

Hi team,

I received calls from idea vodafone limited to port my existing number to rs. 399 nirvana pack. One of the benefits was 40 gb data monthly and they promised that i have to request for 75 gb of data at the time of verification call from idea vodafone before the activation. I would like to highlight below points:

1. Never received any call from idea for the verification. My existing airtel sim stopped working suddenly during my very urgent office work and call. This really impacted my work at major level. Why don't idea takes responsibility to inform the timeline or call customer that sim will stop working and we have to dial 59059 to activate the idea sim.

2. No physical verification done according to the address proof submitted. However, idea customer care verified that the address physical verification completed on 4th july'19. But i confirm that this is not done.

3. Idea vodafone agent from which i initially got call to port my airtel number promised that they will take care of the extra internet data (75gb) which i never got. I only got 34 gb of data on 6th july'19.

4. They clearly mentioned that i will get voucher codes worth rs. 400 to do shopping on merchants including amazon, but on the redeem list there is no option to redeem rs. 400 for amazon. The list only contains limited sponsors for only spa, hair, saloon, etc.

I have got no benefit on porting my airtel post to idea postpaid and idea vodafone agents (Call center) did false commitments to port my existing number. I want idea to take strong action on this matter and provide the promised internet data at earliest to me. Below are the numbers from which i got the call and i call that agent (Sonu) today morning also for the same. He informed me that idea gave internet data for 15 days only and rest will be credited after the bill payment with amazon rs. 400 vouchers also.
