[Resolved] Idea Cellular — sim card not showing network | |||
Dear sir, My sim card is not showing any network for last 3 days. I tried to solve the problem by restarting the phone, reinserting the sim, changing the phone and even changed the sim card as well from idea store. On checking with customer care, they tell me that all the services are active in my number but i don't see any network signal. I have lodged a complaint s[protected] but i cant see status because they send a verification code the same number. How can i receive a message when i don't have any network. It is getting very discouraging for me, i don't see any options available to solve this issue. My idea number is [protected], i can be contacted on vivek. My idea pre paid sim is not showing any network for last 3 days. Even 121 is not working! What to do? I have tried all options.

I too have the same problem of not showing network. I am living in Jersey City NJ.
I'm in UK, my idea sim is not working, it's showing as NO SERVICE.the mobile service operator is saying that your sim is in active, i have been recharging my idea network sim card.

I am not getting signal one my idea number from last 2 days I have changed sim to anther phone no signal.help me to get signal back ASP

it is urgent, Please help me.
Yesterday i got a new idea sim and informed by the retailer the after getting sms in 4 hour just call on 59059 but it is not working.
Its 12 hours and i also received the sms (Hi, your [protected] no. Is active now call 59059 from your ideas sim and use * code for tele verification) but it is not good thing that 59059 is not working at all.
It is such stupidity. Instead of this we should get a call for tele verification.
