Hello,

I have been using mobile no. [protected] since last 9 years as idea's priority customer. Presently i am opted for idea 499 plan & the same was activated since last 6-7 months.
Since july 2017 some vas services are activated by the idea it self without taking my consent. The same has deactivated by me sending sms as per the message confirmation recived by me.in below table i am
Giving you the details.
In the month of oct.& november below is activated by your self without taking my concent.
Plan service activ. Dt/ service activ. Time/service cancel. Dt by msg/ service cancel. Time by msg
Combo plus[protected] 9.51 [protected] 9.52
Fashinz [protected] 13.12 [protected].12
I have send couple of mails on this issues & called your customer executive but there is no resolution.
I have paid my bill before due date as per my plan & still my services are bared by idea for non payment of services which i have never opted & even though it is activated by yourself without taking my concent it is immedaitely deactivated by me sending message to 155223 & it is shown in the above table.

I have shown these messages to your idea gallery executive & he had sent the request for cancelaltion. But the same is rejected by idea.

Now my services is barred & harrasing me by calling & sendign messages for making the over due payment for the services which i have never opted. I have been making payment as per my plan regularly before due date. I have entire log sheet for the communiaction sent to idea. You show me any request made by me for opting these services.
On receipt of this mail requesting you to give me reversal of excess amount charged for the above 2 vas services which i have never opted & activate my mobile service immedaitely.

Idea has not resolved the case & closed directly without giving justified / satisfied the reason. I have spoked to them but they are very adament & giving the typical / recorded answers by mails. They are claiming that they are perfect in Documentation then why they are not providing the communication received from my Mobile for activation of any VAS services.
Secondly how they can charge me the rent for the period they have barred my all Incoming / Outgoing & Data Services when there is no mistake from my side.

    sim card not showing network

    Dear sir,
    My sim card is not showing any network for last 3 days.
    I tried to solve the problem by restarting the phone, reinserting the sim, changing the phone and even changed the sim card as well from idea store.

    On checking with customer care, they tell me that all the services are active in my number but i don't see any network signal.
    I have lodged a complaint s[protected] but i cant see status...

    Bought SMS pack Rs.21/-, as per plan 50 local and national sms/day
    but Rs. 0.50 has been deducted for first sms every day. its not mentioned any were in the plan.
    why such deduction happening, without intimation?
    its not good, and need reimbursement for the deduction.

      I am residing at parli vaijnath district beed 431520. From last 2 months mobile data network failing for hour and hour. India.in my location mass customer belongs to idea cellular. 4g speed is very slow as compared idea 2g. Idea charged me for 4g recharge and unable to deliver even download continuos 512 kbps too.
      This shows very poorand pathetic service indication of idea.4g data low speed hampers the my connectivity and give huge loss, mentally, physically and economically.
      I am using motorola m handset with idea mob-[protected] for your information. Many customers are facing same problem at my location. Please solve my problem as early as possible or else i have to choose another severe action against idea cellular.

        Hi, my name is jeevan ratnam and i have been using my idea number [protected] from past 6-7 years. I was in a business travel abroad for last 2 months and couldn't use my number or the phone. Today i have found that my number got permanently disconnected. I have visited my nearby idea showroom and they regretted to provide my number back even i submit my proofs. All my india related things were associated with that number ([protected]), i want my number back. Please help me in this regards.

            I am kunalsing gahirawar. My mob no is [protected]. This number is not getting network from 09.00 am on 30/11/2017. I called customer care for four times and registered my complain but no solution is given. One time my call was held for nearly half an hour and disconnected without any answer. Their answer is just to wait for 4 hours, but after 8 hours also im not getting signals. I even didn't receive complain number when i requested.

                Dear sir,

                I have made a recharge of rupees 198 to the number [protected] instead of [protected] (My number) online in idea website. (Transaction id l[protected].

                Immediately i called the customer care and requested them to try and process the reversal or let me know the process that has to be followed in this case. They are really rude at me and disconnected the call stating no reversal is done.

                  Dear admin,

                  The idea customer care support is too poor. I have faced lot of difficulties to convert my post paid connection. My idea number is disabled since yestersay (29-nov-2017) evening after 7 and now they are not activating it and saying activation request can only be taken after 7pm.
                  Please do tell me who is going to open their store after 7 to take papers which needed for verification?

                  Everytime when i needed to do any modifications the guys at idea store in navarangpura ahmedabad told me only excuses and nothing else.

                  Is this how the customer should be treated? What if i am only having one sim card and that is not activated? Now a days everything is managed via phone only so you guys have to understand how important it is to have a quick activation service. If it can't be quick then atleast there should be an alternative.

                  Hope anyone will look in this matter shortly as i can see there are alreasy more than 1600 compains pending.

                    What kind of service are you giving.. Yesterday i activated missed call alert it was activated and rs were alo cutted from main balance but i tried to check and switched off my phone no message came then i called customer care for help but they told me just wait for 4 hours now what 24 hrs have gone but no message is coming now i activated again for 10 days i don't want to waste my oney so please take a action againt this i thought that idea is a best network but if i am not able to do what i want then what should i do

                    I think aircel and airtel network are best because when we are not in a network service it makes us aware that we have missed calls ...airtel gives this servive free ...and aircelmake us aware by sending a message that you have missed calls ...but idea networknor sends message after activating the service ...please I request you to fix this problem soon I am a student ..I cant afford everyday money

You people arguing like anything. #ers disconnecting calls. You speak you # whatever you do. Do but i dont want to pay nonsense extra charges.[protected] name is laxmi. She told me 1 gb daliy. But here in bill i am getting charges for 50 rs. I am facing lots of problems with your #ing connections. After disconnecting services also getting 500 bill. I need response from you today only.                         They had shown me that my offer for 392 is 1 gb/day and unlimited calling for 84 days. However they stopped proving the same after 14 days. There are many complaints about the same recharge in this forum. When i called the customer care they refused to accept the same and said that i din't see the offer carefully before recharging. They expect us to have a proof of the offer every time we recharge. This is not the first time i have faced these problems with idea and it's really appalling to see how these companies continue to cheat their customer and make money of them.

                            Hi sir,

                            I have been served a legal notice from srinivas rao pachwa on behalf of tnon-payment of postpaid bill generated on sep1 2017. The amount to be paid was 235.93 as per the attached e-bill on idea account no[protected]

                            Port request was raised for my idea no to migrate to airtel network and it was completed on 14th august. Also i received airtel postpaid bill that was generated on sep1 2017 but i am not sure how for a single no 2 bills were generated at the same time by 2 different network service providers.

                            I also got call from idea customer care regarding non-payment of the same but they were unable to clarify the bill details and also i was not notified via e-mail. Hence i would request you to kindly to provide me with proper clarification regarding the generation of september bill.

                            They have refunded the amount and have informed me on the mail. But on what basis they had sent a legal notice is still questionnable for which the lawyer should be penalised for harassing the customers without any prior proofs.

                              Yesterday i.e.on 28.11.17 i did online voice recharge with 34 rs and 40 rs. afterwards found zero balance.Activity sheet is attached for reference .idea constantly cheating and deducting amt with no clue since last 4 months.earlier they activated VAS and deducted 340 rs without showing any proof when and which VAS I activated.Now they have deducted voice recharge amt with no clue.
                              I think i should quit idea service as they could not show evidences and doing fraud constantly..i expect they should respond promptly else i will compelled to exercise some legal options...

                                  Idea cellular cheating customers. I did recharge on my number rs 498 — unlimited national pack unlimited local/std calls* (Including national idea roaming) + gb/day^4g/3g/2g + 100 sms/day — all these offers for 70 days.
                                  But company not providing internet as what they mentioned they giving very lowest speed of 2g. When contacting customer care they told network issue. I have other idea number also, only this recharge have the issue.

                                    I have purchased idea sim ([protected]) when i was in india (August 2017). I came back to dubai & recharged the phone 03 times until now. From last week my mobile is showing "no service" message. I checked with different mobile sets, but no use. I have also enquired in idea shop in india if the sim is working & being informed that it is working.

                                      Idea head authorities,
                                      I abhishek mishra want to inform you that my balance has been deducted two times in a week.

                                      Once on 24th nov (5 rupees) and secondly on 29th nov. (5 rupees).
                                      They are giving reason that a vas pack has been activated which you donot activated but you have to complaint on same day to get back your money.
                                      But i donot think its my responsibility that i should call them to stop that service for which i donot requested to activate.
                                      Want my balace as early as possible.
                                      I am very irritated with this rediculous behaviour of idea company.
                                      I want my balance to be return with compensation for disturbing me.
