My idea sim card is not working from last 15 days. Currently I am using 1plusx mobile. But same sim card working fine in another phone. And i have checked that my number is not blocked as got messages and got the calls after switching the card to another mobile.
Also i have inserted another idea sim in my 1plusx mobile and that works fine.
So not understanding the problem l. I am sure that its not related with mobile model. Please help me.

I tried to solve the problem by restarting the phone, reinserting the sim, changing the phone.
I have lodged a complaint s[protected] but i cant see status because they send a verification code the same number. How can i receive a message when i don't have any network.

On checking with customer care, they tell me that all the services are active in my number but i don't see any network signal.

Mu idea sim is ahowing no service. I was unable to make any outgoing call and it seems that they have blocked my number. Kindly help

[Solved] I also face this issue, you can try to switch your cellphone or the another option is port with some another service because this issue was facing many peoples but idea is not doing any thing.
I'm in Mauritius & my IDEA sim card is not showing any signals from last few days, On checking with customer care, they told that all the services are active in my number but i don't see any network signal. my sim has validity till November 21.
