What kind of service are you giving.. Yesterday i activated missed call alert it was activated and rs were alo cutted from main balance but i tried to check and switched off my phone no message came then i called customer care for help but they told me just wait for 4 hours now what 24 hrs have gone but no message is coming now i activated again for 10 days i don't want to waste my oney so please take a action againt this i thought that idea is a best network but if i am not able to do what i want then what should i do

Updated by amtul rafia no action has been taken againt my request
and what kind of network is this when my ph is switched off it shows not reachable
as I told I have active misse call alerts but message is not coming so I cant know who have calles
please I request you to fix this problem

Updated by amtul rafia I think aircel and airtel network are best because when we are not in a network service it makes us aware that we have missed calls ...airtel gives this servive free ...and aircelmake us aware by sending a message that you have missed calls ...but idea networknor sends message after activating the service ...please I request you to fix this problem soon I am a student ..I cant afford everyday money
