Idiol Trip — Hotel booking not provided after taking money - fraud company | |||
Dear Grahak Suraksha Team, I have received a phone call from Idiol Trip on 10th March and they told me that they are offering holiday package of 5nights/6 days in just Rs. 11, 499 Then I have asked them to send me the list of Hotel which are offering as I need 5 star property only. Then they send me list of 7 hotel and they all are very very good hotel. Below is the mail which i have received from Idiol Trip for hotel list. Then they assured me that we are using Pay U Money as payment gateway and they provide payment gateway only after verifying merchant. And it is true and because of they have Pay U Money gateway i was convinced to pay the money and feel that they are genuine. Then i have asked Cidade de Goa that have you received payment then they said we have card details with us and we will remit the money before 15 days of your travel from that card. Then in the beg. of May I have called hotel and asked them to Remit the money from the given cared details and when hotel tried to remit the money the payment got declined. Please find below mail which I have received from Hotel Cidade De Goa and they gave me their account details to make the payment as card got declined. I have so many email with me from Idiol Trip but how to give all details on this. Yes, You are right. There are many companies in Noida who are cheating with customers the same way.
Don't book hotel or anything through them, they are also saying give us reference of 10 people and give 10000 Rs so we will give samsung J7 or digital camera.
Don't pay to them and be aware of such fraud companies. I took risk of paying money to them because they said we are having Pay U Money gateway so I feel they are genuine but Pay U Money is also helping these type of fraud companies because they are getting around 250 Rs for each payment and they do payment to IDIOL TRIP after deducting their commission.
I have send so many mails to Pay U Money and asked them to provide me correct contact details and address of IDIOL TRIP but they are not helping me and supporting such fraud companies by giving their brand name.
Use online sites like Go ibibo, MMT, booking.com etc to book your hotel.

They too offered 11999 package, on asking for goa hotels they sent few list where in Grand hayt was mentioned. Then I got sure that this is fake.
How can they provide 4N package at just 12k including so many other facilities whereas only 1N is of 10k.
