Idp Ielts — Didn't received any mail confirmation after registration

I have paid 14700 through my bank...and money has been deducted...but didn't received any confirmation mail...I tried to call on idp customer care number but they are not responding...I have paid fees on 7 October for 21 October computer based ielts exam.

Did you received your mail confirmation at last? Have you successfully written the exam? When did you receive the mail for the register confirmation. I am also having the same issue.

I did not receive confirmation letter mail form idp. I booked my ielts exam of 12 march through google pay. Payment was successful at that time..but i haven't received my confirmation letter. I called in idp but they didn't answer my call...need suggestions...anyone ?

I have registered my exam for 25th Feb by paying online on 25 th Jan but i didnt received any mail confirmation nor registration to email. But instead received only sms stating the date of exam.
I tried contacting customer care but couldnt reach out to them. So that how i ended up here complaining about the service.
