IDP IELTS — Education

I have registered my exam for 31st January 2022 by paying online on 3rd March2022 but i didnt received any mail confirmation nor registration to email. But instead received only sms stating the date of exam.
I tried contacting customer care but couldnt reach out to them. So that how i ended up here complaining about the service.
Hoping that this issue will resolve soon. Any info required kindly reach out to me.
