[Resolved] IDP IELTS — I didn't receive confirmation email or message after registration

I have applied for my IELTS paper based examination on 28 October 2021 for the date 20 November 2021. I didn't receive any confirmation mail or message, but my money ₹14, 850 has withdrawn from account. When I tried to login IDP using passport Id and date of birth, it showed that they are invalid. Please do chech it and resolve my issue ASAP. If any information required kindly do reach out to me.
