I got my ielts result on 5 th November now its more than 17 days till now i don't get my Etrf i have contacted and mailed my passport copy and declaration form through their mail but i don't get my etrf i am unsatisfied by their approach each and every time they said me to wait for 2 days. They are fooling people by taking huge amount of money for exam. Help me as soon as possible

I gave my exam on 30 oct 2021 and received my results today (L 7.5, R 6, W 6, S 6.5), to my knowledge the results shown are wrong or of some other student and might me mistakenly uploaded in my name.
You can check my previous results also and my result had never been so bad. The last exam i had given was three months ago on 31 july 2021 and scored overall 7.5 (L 8, R 8, W 6.5, S 7.5) also i have attached screenshot of my previous and current result.
Kindly look into this matter as soon as possible.

I completed my exam on 30th October and got my result through Normal message on 13th October but still I haven't receive TRF from website, whenever I click it, it show 404 error

I am writing here to register my grievance that i am not satisfied with the Listening and Reading module band score. I gave exam on 23rd October 2021 morning slot in chandigarh. Now it's a request kindly share the procedure how can u see my answer sheet. It's a question of my career and I will not compromise with it.

Tried to register for IELTS exam on 14th Nov 2021, the payment was successful and amount was deducted from my Upi account, still no confirmation mail or message to my phone. Please resolve.

I booked my exam on 8th of November 2021 for 4th December 2021 but I received no confirmation email. On being asked to idp customer care they said that I need to update payment receipt but it has already been updated. Still it shows no payment info and says "booked" instead of "registered"
Please resolve this asap I need to give this exam.

I have requested for EOR on 13-OCT-2021 for my 08-oct-2021 exam and I got result of EOR on 22-oct and credit note email on 29-oct. However, I'm still waiting for payment in my bank account. Lastly, I have sent mails as well but got no reply.

I had requested for transfer of exam through letter and via mail. For each response, it takes 5-8 days in mail, meanwhile if it is through call support, these `### are asking to wait. If it is told to wait then no need of call support to specify "wait".

This is an absurdity.

I paid the fee for idp ielts pen paper based test on 31nd October 2021 at 11.58 am. It showed processing for some time then it showed payment failed. I made the transaction through Google pay. Please kindly solve this issue ASAP as im desperate to book another slot and the slot might be filled.

Hi in india IELTS no more belongs to British council as it is being taken away by IDP . So you can understand where the problem since indians dont have any other way for Ielts other than IDP they have become first class stealers. I booked my Ielts for sep 21st 2021 intially the fee was Inr 15100 and then later i wanted to change the date so i made a transfer of exam to Nov 20 2021 and the transfer fee was 3725 which i did and i got the confirmation email from IDP . Suddenly in the first week of october they refunded the tranfer fee without any reason and they are trying to cheat the Ielts fee of inr 15100 by showing the old exam date which was sep 21st 2021. Seriously only Idp can do such a game, Now when ask about this in the email they dont say any answer instead they will ask u to wait by giving a ticket number, after so many emails they still dont reply and solve my query i also asd for my fee refund through email but they are still giving me new ticket numbers. Seriously guys be careful these IDP knows that they are the one for IELTS course in india and they are taking this as an advantage to cheat people by looting their money. Above all their customer care number will never reach .They simply block your numbers after paying the fee this is what is happening for me right now, seriously first class stealers IDP is . I want my money back

Ielts coustomer service is the worst. They do not respond in time. Recently I wanted to change the speaking test date, In additon emailed and called the company many times. They have not resolving the issue and have stopped emailing and there is zero silence regarding the problem. They have scheduled the test wihout any prior notice and they have not given me any chance to schedule it my self.

I made payment for applying EOR, but first try to make payment was unsuccessful then i tried second time and that was success but when i received message from the bank my payment was cut 2 times from the account. Please give me possible solution.

I gave my exam on 16 September and the result came out on 29 september but my TRF is showing 404 error till now….
I am bound and unable to proceed with my future studies and to pursue any further step in my college application its mandatory to submit the TRF
Its been 19days i tried calling them i tried mailing them but there is no response
I am stuck please help me my future is on stake
