I had requested for transfer of exam through letter and via mail. For each response, it takes 5-8 days in mail, meanwhile if it is through call support, these `### are asking to wait. If it is told to wait then no need of call support to specify "wait".

This is an absurdity....

Request for refund.
It has been more than 2 months, that I am waiting for a refund for the cancelled test. Please find the below details.

I paid the fee for idp ielts pen paper based test on 31nd October 2021 at 11.58 am. It showed processing for some time then it showed payment failed. I made the transaction through Google pay. Please kindly solve this issue ASAP as im desperate to book another slot and the slot might be filled....

I have applied for my IELTS paper based examination on 28 October 2021 for the date 20 November 2021. I didn't receive any confirmation mail or message, but my money ₹14, 850 has withdrawn from account. When I tried to login IDP using passport Id and date of birth, it showed that they are invalid. Please do chech it and resolve my issue ASAP. If any information required kindly do reach out to me....

I had given my exam on 30th of september but till now I didn't received e TRF and whenever I try to open it it's showing 404 error...

Hi in india IELTS no more belongs to British council as it is being taken away by IDP . So you can understand where the problem since indians dont have any other way for Ielts other than IDP they have become first class stealers. I booked my Ielts for sep 21st 2021 intially the fee was Inr 15100 and then later i wanted to change the date so i made a transfer of exam to Nov 20 2021 and the transfer fee was 3725 which i did and i got the confirmation...

Ielts coustomer service is the worst. They do not respond in time. Recently I wanted to change the speaking test date, In additon emailed and called the company many times. They have not resolving the issue and have stopped emailing and there is zero silence regarding the problem. They have scheduled the test wihout any prior notice and they have not given me any chance to schedule it my self....

I made payment for applying EOR, but first try to make payment was unsuccessful then i tried second time and that was success but when i received message from the bank my payment was cut 2 times from the account. Please give me possible solution....

I gave my exam on 16 September and the result came out on 29 september but my TRF is showing 404 error till now….
I am bound and unable to proceed with my future studies and to pursue any further step in my college application its mandatory to submit the TRF
Its been 19days i tried calling them i tried mailing them but there is no response
I am stuck please help me my future is on stake...

Additionally I received a credit voucher today[protected] for my test date booked for[protected], were I never requested for refund.

If there was a technical glitch weren’t you suppose to refund my full deposit?

I do like to mention, the responsive rate seems to be too low.

I would appreciate if someone revert back to me as soon as possible. Or else I would take necessary steps.

After a successful registration of my IELTS examination, I am facing a problem. As per instructions I went through that link which says forget the password, I completed that step but didn't receive any mail. Please send me my password email for further steps....

Dear IDP Support,
I was booking computer delivered test dates for December month. Yesterday I was making payment and via UPI HDFC account and it displayed processing unsuccessful but amount of exam fee got deducted from my account. However I didn't received any email of my exam date got booked or not.

I am requesting you to please check my issue with earliest....

I had given an ilets exam on 16th of September 2021 but without any notice my result was not published even after 2 weeks of actual result date.On 1st October, idp sent me a form to take my writing sample because they thought that there was something wrong with my writing module.I gave the required information but even today on 13th of October I am waiting for my result. Please response immediately and provide me my result...

I didn't receive any mail after the payment to idp kindly make sure that it is registered or not...

The password for trf download is still not coming in mail and its making all the process slower and also no help through mail and call service centre!...

I have paid 14850 rupees on 7 oct for computer based ielts. And exam date in 21 oct...money has been deducted from my bank but I didn't received any confirmation mail nor I received any sms...I want either confirmation mail or refund ASAP!...

Paid via UPI for IELTS Registration within stipulated time.
Amount was deducted.
But received the message:
Payment could not be processed.

Have not received any confirmation from IDP for the same....
