IDP IELTS — Im complaining about correction in my TRF

Passport number-U9339272

During registration for my IELTS exam inadvertently put kaur as surname but kaur is my given name.
Family name- kaur
Given name-Sahal preet

As per the passport it should be
Family name-
Given name- Sahal preet kaur

I was asked to correct the same during my LRW test .I wrote my exam on 11 September 2021. I have send email on 16 September regarding correction . However after the results are declared and my TRF is printed, I see that my given name put in the surname.

family name- kaur
Given name- sahal preet

Because of this issue, i was not able to apply to universities. I have applied in 5 colleges for offer letter but they are saying to correct your name in the TRF. I have emailed and call idp multiple times in the last two weeks. But email response time is 4-5 business days which is very slow. Please rectify my given name as per my passport. So, I can apply for offer letter and pursue my studies as soon as possible. An early action in this matter will be highly appreciated. If you need anything from my side please let me know and solve above said issue as as possible .
